  Smallholder reforestation project in the department León, Pacific region of (West) Nicaragua. The project currently involves 39 smallholder farmers, 59 hectares of smallholder forests and 67 hectares of conservation forest in Cerro Montoso. 7 Mixed tree species are used, of which 5 are native. Upscaling activities are carried out in the year 2015 and 2016.
