The REDD+ Mangrove project is (at July 2013) in the planning phase for 2014 as part of the Mechanism for Voluntary Mitigation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Colombia project that is being implemented by Fundación Natura. If they project reaches implementaton this would be the first REDD+ project in mangroves in the world.
