    Although the land tenure picture is still confused and with many question marks, the ownership of the process by DFB as part of the MARD and the Government of STP would facilitate the recognition of the community rights to the carbon stored under the scheme, as part of the long-term user rights already recognised to the communities. Employment: The project complies with the HRBA in the sense that it supports both communities right to food, and a decent employment.
